We’re accelerating the change by building software solutions to make the journey net-zero technologies, such as electric vehicles, charge points, solar PV, batteries and heat pumps, more intuitive, insightful and data-driven.

Our route to market is through strategic partnerships – such as vehicle providers, large banking groups, and global energy companies. We support them by integrating our technology into their customer journeys to drive engagement, generate leads and increase conversion.

What we offer

  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

  • North London office, with hybrid working.
  • Salary up to £55k, plus bonus, depending on experience.

The Role

  • Arguably the most exciting role in the business, the Account Director will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing key relationships with new and existing accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Launch new partners in collaboration with the Senior BDM and Tech team.
  • Create account objectives based on potential, then collaborate with partners to develop and implement activation and ongoing business plans to maximise success.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to boost performance for our partners.
  • Understand partner requirements and make sure ideas for new functionality and improvements to the user journey are discussed with the team.
  • Deliver engaging training and software demos to partners and their customers.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions with partners.
  • Evaluate performance and monitor KPIs.
  • Share ideas with the team to improve the products and services we offer.
  • Support the Customer Success arm of the team by assisting customers along the journey.
  • Get stuck in with the team and be prepared to be hands-on as we grow.

Requirements

  • We’re open-minded on background. A degree in a relevant field is nice to have, but we’re more interested in what you can do.
  • Commercially innovative, forthcoming and proactive to give you the ability to really understand and help partners overcome challenges and maximise sales.
  • A go-getter who’s willing to hustle and push boundaries for greater success.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing B2B customer accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an aptitude for fostering long-term relationships.
  • Integrity is non-negotiable – we work hard to build authentic relationships with our partners.
  • Bonus points if you have automotive industry, energy provider, retrofitting homes, or software sales experience.
